Bambach

The Bambach Saddle Stool was created in 1988 by Mary Gale, an occupational therapist who was a lifelong horseback rider. She used riding in some of her treatment plans and began to see that patients that needed extra support to sit in an ordinary chair, could sit comfortably and completely unsupported on horseback. It is now well-known that sitting in a saddle allows the spine to return to it's natural 'S' shape, preventing stress and pain on the muscles and skeleton. The Bambach Saddle Stool keeps the hips at the most ergonomic angle of 45 degrees, allowing for back and thigh muscles to be at their most relaxed. Check out our Bambach offerings and sit the healthy way.
