The majority of our seating and accessories ship by small parcel carries such as UPS and FedEx Ground to your doorstep free. Large items, such as desks, tables or fully assembled chairs will arrive by a commercial carrier. These 'LTL carriers' typically deliver to loading docks in commercial settings but they also will deliver ‘curb-side’, both in commercial and residential zones. These shipments also ship free to your loading dock but should your delivery require a liftgate (no loading dock present) in order to move the products from the truck to the ground, there will be a modest lift-gate fee applied. If your product type dictates this extra level of handling you will see this during your checkout process. Should you need an enhanced level of service, such as inside delivery, you will need to contact us to make those arrangements. Naturally, costs are associated with this superior level of service. We are also able to provide turn-key installation nationwide in most regions of the United States. Large, small or single item orders are eligible so please contact us.
All of our products prominently display the time period to either process and prepare your shipment or build your chair on each product page. Transit times vary, depending on your location and could range from 1-5 days 'over the road' on top of this time-line.
