Most items when small parcel are brought directly to your door or suite by UPS or FedEx Ground. The majority of our seating and accessories travel this way. Large items such as desks will arrive by truck. You would typically get a phone call from the carrier ahead of time to confirm that you will be there. LTL carriers typically deliver to ‘docks’ in commercial settings but they also will deliver ‘curb-side’. If your delivery is not a loading dock be prepared to have the driver hand it off to you either by placing it on the ground or off the back of the truck. LTL drivers will not bring the products inside unless special arrangements are made beforehand and an additional fee charged. Some of our larger items have a drop-down menu add-on charge for delivery to residential addresses or commercial zones that do not have a loading dock. Curbside or lift-gate deliveries are very common in the furniture trade. If this does exist on our larger items it will be very clear on the product page in the form of a drop down window. We will always be very transparent and we guarantee that there will be no surprises.
All of our products prominently display the time period to either process and prepare your shipment or build your chair on each product page. Transit times vary, depending on your location and could range from 1-5 days 'over the road' on top of this time-line.
