Raspberry Med warrants that each piece of product it manufactures will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten (10) years. This warranty is applicable only if the product is given normal and proper care and is properly installed and maintained. This warranty extends only to original purchasers.
Raspberry Med’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace, at Raspberry Med’s discretion, products which prove to be defective during the warranty period. If product must be returned to Raspberry Med for repair, cost for removal and shipping of product must be paid by user. Raspberry Med will pay all freight cost to return product.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by carrier.
Damage to a writing surface caused by mistreatment.
Color, grain or texture of wood and other covering materials (due to natural
variations over which Raspberry Med has no control).
Damages resulting from modification, attachments to a product, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligent use.
Raspberry Med extends no other warranties, expressed or implied. Raspberry Med shall
not be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, incidental or consequential
damages.
