This S6 features advanced synchro tilt, adjustable lumbar, tilt tension adjustment, ratchet back height adjustment and seat slider. Element Ergo, LLC products are engineered to provide
many years of use under normal conditions when cared
for properly. Warrantied products include parts and
freight for replacement parts. In the event Element
requires a defective part be sent back, freight will be
coordinated and paid by Element.
Element seating products are warrantied for use of a
single 8 hour shift, 5 days a week, at a maximum of
275-300 pounds according to chair series rating.
Element task chairs include a 10 year warranty on the
pneumatic cylinder, 5 years on chair plastic and metal
components and foam components, and 2 years on
upholstery.
Element guest seating includes a 5 year warranty on the
metal frame, 3 years on plastic components and foam
components, and 2 years on upholstery.
Element Titan electric bases include a 10 year
warranty on the steel frame, tubes and welded metal
components. 5 years on electrical components.
Element Connex Beam, monitor arms, and ergonomic
accessories include a 10 year warranty on the steel
frame and welded metal components. 5 years on plastic
parts and components.
Element Flexus series includes a 10 year warranty on the
steel frame and welded metal components. 5 years on
plastic parts and components. 2 years on electric motors
and pneumatics.
Element training tables include a 10 year warranty on
the frame, tubes, and welded metal components, 5 years
on plastic parts and components.
Element laminate casegood products and worksurfaces
are warrantied for 10 years for manufacturing defects
under normal use.
Element Studio Pods are warrantied for 10 years for
structural and 2 years for electrical components and
upholstery.
WARRANTIES EXCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Any product repaired or altered by the customer.
Any variation of color in fabric or vinyl.
Any incidental damage resulting in neglect.
Any normal wear and tear. The warranty is a protection
from defects only.
Element does not provide reimbursement for labor
costs incurred to perform warranty replacement work.
Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy must be
documented and approved in writing by Element prior
to the commencement of the associated work.
WARRANTIES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE AND START
FROM THE ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE.
