The Softside Chair by Branch Furniture is a mid-century modern office chair that combines the ergonomic performance of a work chair with a fully upholstered frame. Hidden inside are a range of ergonomic features: an integrated lumbar support to promote natural alignment, a back tuft that accentuates the chair’s contour, height and tilt adjustment, and removable armrests. A unique hybrid cushion combining 2” of plush foam with nested micro-coils lets you sink into significant comfort without sacrificing support. The upholstered Branch Softside Chair comes in a range of colors, materials, and sizes that help it sit well in homes and offices. Its organic form complements the decor of living rooms and home office nooks, while contract-grade certifications ensure it will withstand years of continuous use in collaborative spaces. The Tall Cylinder is designed for customers 5'11" and taller. With a higher starting seat height and an extra 3" of height adjustment, this taller cylinder ensures your hips remain at a 90-degree angle or more relative to your knees, which helps to improve comfort and reduce pressure on your hips and lower back.

The warranty is void if original parts are swapped out or if third-party products are used in conjunction with the original product.
What’s not covered by the warranty
• Variations in finish and color of the surfaces, including but not limited to, the color change caused by direct exposure to light/sunlight, temperature variation at your surface or aging;
• Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes;
• Damage caused by any non-standard office activities;
• Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects;
• Damage resulting from an abusive usage of the product;
• Failure resulting from normal wear and tear;
• Textile pilling;
• Natural wood grain variations;
• Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity;
• Damage caused by improper installation, except where installation was completed by Branch or a Branch authorized installation partner;
• Items that have been exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).
• All conditions resulting from the use of a cleaning chemical (alcohol, detergent, etc.) that damages the finish.
