The ERA Odyssey 24/7 intensive use executive chair offers the kind of comfort and durability that all ERA Products office chairs are known for. Features like a Floating spring suspension, ultra high density foam, two-way adjustable lumbar support, adjustable sliding seat cushion, flip up arms, adjustable headrest, all steel durable frames and a choice of several leathers, urethanes and fabrics all designed to make your Odyssey chair a lifetime product. This chair is designed to handle users up to 500 pounds in multi-shift environments. The flip-up arms make for an easy entry and exit. The seat can be configured with three different cylinders to fit your exact height. There are base options as well as special casters that allow you to use this chair on either carpeted or hard floor surfaces. Shipping is Free to commercial zones with a loading dock, otherwise residential fees apply. *This model is a 2-piece chair with a seat slider.

The Odyssey is a moderately large scaled chair especially designed for larger frames. Features a standard seat width of 22" between the arms. Includes nicely sculpted back foam with seat and side back bolsters. Cradles your frame.

Upholstery Comment: ERA chairs are available in fabric, urethane vinyl (easiest to clean), all leather and the very popular 'leather match' or what we call 'combo' where the factory outfits the chair with genuine leather where you sit (arms and back and seat) and a matching urethane vinyl on the sides and backs. This is how 99% of leather car seats are done and it's a practical way to go! ERA uses only the finest top grain leather from specially selected hides. Each piece is individually hand cut from the hide and then sewn together by expert craftsmen. Every chair is handcrafted and inspected for perfection. Leathermate™ (heavy duty vinyl) exactly matches the leather colors it is combined with. Attention to detail is the ERA hallmark.

ERA PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY Limited Warranty ERA Office Chairs (ERA) warrants its office chairs frame and pneumatic lift to be free from material defects and workmanship, to the original purchaser acquiring the chair, for life. ERA will repair or replace and unaltered office chair frame and/or pneumatic lift, which based upon ERA’s examination, proves to be defective. On all other parts, length of warranty varies as listed below. This warranty does not cover “to and from” delivery charges. The warranty does not apply to items that in ERA’s judgment were subjected to any form of abuse, misuse, neglect, alterations, or any damages caused by shipment, storage, accidents, fire, flood, or natural disaster. The warranty does not apply to soiling to or normal wear-and-tear. ERA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages such as expenses for transportation, loss, or damage to personal property, loss of your product, inconvenience, or loss of income. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Special Notice for Multi-Shift Usage Multi-Shift Usage is defined as any type of usage beyond a typical 8-hour work day. This may occur in situations of 24-7 use applications where three, 8-hour shifts apply. This may occur in situations where a single user extends usage of the chair for more than 8 hours per day. For chairs used in multi-shift applications, ERA shall warrant the chair frame and/or pneumatic lift for life. All other parts adhere to separate, designated multi-shift usage terms. All other terms and conditions apply as stated in the warrant for standard use.
